MP Munira Wilson visits HJS

We were delighted to welcome Munira Wilson, our local MP for Twickenham, to school on Friday afternoon.  She began her visit with an engaging Q&A session with our School Council, who represented the school brilliantly with their thoughtful questions and professionalism.  Afterwards, a group of Year 6 pupils led Ms. Wilson on a tour of the school - she was thoroughly impressed by what she saw and by her tour guides!  The visit concluded with a whole-school assembly where Ms. Wilson spoke about her role as an MP and answered more of our pupil's questions.  It was a fantastic and inspiring afternoon for everyone involved!
