Y2 Visit to Carlisle Park
Our recent Art trip to Carlisle Park was a true creative adventure. The children explored textures in nature by making detailed rubbings of tree bark, benches, and pathways. Back at school, they used collected leaves and other materials to create beautiful textured prints full of colour and intricate patterns. It was a hands-on, sensory experience that encouraged the children to view the natural world through an artistic lens—and the results were stunning!
